Introductory level

The Matrix and Complex Environments (MaCE) Diagnostic

This is the start point for many of our clients. Our unique MaCE Leadership diagnostic is an 84 item questionnaire that maps individual responses against the 7 capability areas identified as being critical to effective Matrix Management. It creates a personalised action plan that’s helps managers to understand how to operate more effectively as Matrix Leaders.

Results from individual diagnostics can be combined to produce a leadership team, business unit or organisational overview of the specific strengths and development needs of these different groups.

The ‘Introduction to Matrix Management’ workshop

Content of typical workshops include such topics as
