The Authentic Leadership Instrument ™

The Authentic Leadership Instrument (ALI) ™ provides a unique insight into the innate Leadership aspects of our Personality DNA ®. 

Personality DNA ® derives from our five LEAD Influencer ® preferences which make us psychologically similar - but behaviourally quite different - in how we prefer to lead people at work.

The sense-making tool The ALI ™ uses to explain how our Personality DNA ® affects the Leadership choices we make is called The Work Leader Framework ^©.   This framework will help you to:

• Learn how Personality DNA ® once shaped - and still shapes - our ideas about Leadership 

• Understand why everyone has natural Leadership abilities regardless of their current role, responsibilities, work or life experiences 

• Discover how our five LEAD Influencer ®  preferences psychologically and behaviourally drive our 'preferred' Leadership Approach

The ALI ™ workbook can be used as an independent resource to gain awareness about your own Leadership preferences and practices - or as a tool to help raise that awareness in others.

The ALI ™ and its Questionnaire are available in both Digital and Paper-based booklet formats.

The Questionnaire for the Digital version of The ALI ™ workbook is completed online and a bespoke ALI ™ in a .pdf format is created and emailed either to the Purchaser of an ALI ™ from our Store - or to the Facilitator (i.e. the Trainer, Coach, Consultant, Manager or Mentor) who sent someone a link to the Questionnaire because they are taking part in an Individual or Group based learning event.

The Questionnaire for the Paper-based version of The ALI ™ workbook can either be completed and scored during a learning event - or it can be completed and scored online prior to a learning event and the scores given to Participants during a learning event by their Facilitator.

The ALI ™ Facilitator Guidebook, together with its accompanying PowerPoint presentation, contains all the information a Facilitator needs to successfully deliver the unique ½ day Authentic Leadership Workshop - using The ALI ™ workbook in either a Digital or Paper-based format.
