The Cultural Alignment Instrument (CAI) ™ provides a unique insight into the innate work culture aspects of our Personality DNA ®.
Personality DNA ® derives from our five LEAD Influencer ® preferences which make us psychologically similar, but behaviourally different, in how different work cultures motivate or demotivates us.

The CAI ™ workbook can be used as an independent resource to gain awareness about your own work culture preferences - or as a tool to help raise that awareness in others.
The CAI ™ and its Questionnaire are available in both Digital and Paper-based booklet formats.
The Questionnaire for the Digital version of The CAI ™ is completed online and a bespoke workbook in a .pdf format is then created and emailed either to the Purchaser of a CAI ™ from our Store - or to the Facilitator (i.e. a Trainer, Coach, Consultant, Manager or Mentor) who sent someone a link to the Questionnaire because they are taking part in an Individual, Team or Conference based learning event.
The Questionnaire for the Paper-based version of The CAI ™ workbook can either be completed and scored during a learning event - or it can be completed and scored online prior to a learning event and the scores given to Participants during a learning event by their Facilitator.
The CAI ™ Facilitator Guidebook, together with its accompanying PowerPoint presentation, contains all the information a Facilitator needs to successfully deliver the unique ½ day Cultural Alignment Workshop - using The CAI ™ workbook in either a Digital or Paper-based format.
