The PSP ® Facilitator Guidebook, together with its accompanying PowerPoint presentation, contains all the information a Facilitator needs to deliver the unique ½ day Political Savvy Workshop - using The PSP ™ workbook in either a Digital or Paper-based format.

Section 1 - Facilitation Notes

This Section enables Trainers, Coaches and Consultants, Managers and Mentors to gain an understanding of the PSP ® workbook and how it can be used in different learning contexts to help their key stakeholders to develop a positive set of political skills that enable them to create a positive political work culture in any type of Organisational structure.

Section 2 - Questionnaire Notes

This Section describes The Political Profile Questionnaire's © Administration and Questionnaire Scoring processes and the rationale for the 36 questions in the Questionnaire, which can be used to explore someone's individual responses to Questions.

Section 3 - Workshop Notes

This Section provides a set of Workshop Notes that a Professional Facilitator can be used to successfully deliver the unique ½ day (4 hour) Political Savvy Workshop to any level of Organisational audience.

The Workshop Notes refer to The Political Savvy Workshop PowerPoint presentation that's explained in detail in the Guidebook, and is downloaded via a link that's provided to the  Purchaser of a PSP ® Facilitator Guidebook.
