The Political Savvy Profile ® 

The Political Savvy Profile (PSP) ® is designed to help people develop Positive Political Practitioner skills so they can create for themselves - and other stakeholders - happier and healthier political work cultures and careers.

The PSP ® workbook enables Individuals (in Self-Study or Coaching contexts) and Groups (in Workshop, Team-building or Conference contexts) to learn how to resolve their real life political work problems using a 6 Step Political Practitioner skills building process that's explained in The PSP ® workbook:

      •  Step 1 : REVEAL - their Political Perceptions
      •  Step 2 : REGARD - the Political Savvy Framework ©
      •  Step 3 : RECORD - their Political Savvy Profile ® Scores
      •  Step 4 : READ - their Political Savvy Profile ®
      •  Step 5 : REVIEW - the ‘ SMART ’ Political Skill Areas
      •  Step 6 : WRITE - a Political Savvy Action Plan

The PSP ® also provides clarity on the five 'SMART' skill areas that are considered critical when developing positive political influencing skills in Hierarchic (Pyramidal), Heterarchic (Matrixed) and Holarchic (Cellular) operating structures, cultures and roles, namely:

• Stakeholdering - The ability to prioritise & manage diverse stakeholder needs & success measures
• Morality - The ability to build trusting key stakeholder relationships across the political landscape
• Alignment - The ability to align your own Goals, Ambitions & Values with those of an Organization
• Rapport-building - The ability to authentically engage, inspire and work with different stakeholders
• Tactical-nous - The ability to access information & take difficult decisions to achieve agreed outcomes 

The Political Savvy Profile ® can be used as an independent resource to gain awareness about your own political influencing preferences - or as a tool to help raise that awareness in others.

The PSP ® and its Questionnaire are available in both Digital and Paper based formats.

The Questionnaire for the Digital version of The PSP ® workbook is completed online and a bespoke PSP ® in a .pdf format is created and emailed either to the Purchaser of a PSP ® from our Store - or to the Facilitator (i.e. the Trainer, Coach, Consultant, Manager or Mentor) who sent someone a link to the Questionnaire because they are taking part in an Individual or Group based learning event.

The Questionnaire for the Paper-based version of The PSP ® workbook can either be completed and scored during a learning event - or it can be completed and scored online prior to a learning event and the scores given to Participants during a learning event by their Facilitator.

The PSP ® Facilitator Guidebook, together with its accompanying PowerPoint presentation, contains all the information a Facilitator needs to successfully deliver the unique ½ day Political Savvy Workshop - using The PSP ® workbook in either a Digital or Paper-based format.
